The rules are pretty simple

1. Whenever any problem, regardless or not of any political implications, rears itself during any conversation, I'm automatically going to blame the Republicans. Sometimes, GWB specifically, but not too often. One other thing, I really don't give a damn if the blame is warranted or not. They're just going to get blamed for all problems, both big and small.

2. I will always preface any reference to the Republicans with the epithet, "Goddamned."

3. I will use these following reasons for blaming the Republicans; Corruption, runaway budget deficit, incompetence, arrogance, insensitivity, partisanship, God's wrath against republicanism... Well, you get the picture.

4. I will follow up each statement with one of the following admonitions, each complete with the appropriate epithet: "Something ought to be done about those fuckers", or the ever popular: "Those assholes really did it to us this time".

5. I will justify blaming them for all things bad, solely because THEY ARE IN CHARGE!

He has a mental handicap and could use some sort of assistance becasue he forgets things, like turning off his water faucets and it's actually DANGEROUS, but since those fucking scumbag Republicans are forcing social services to cut funds there's no way in fucking hell for him to afforD to get help! 24. The Girl Next Door to Me BURNED Her Apartment!

She also has a mental handicap, but because those goddamned Republicans cut social spending, she couldn't get help. Her fucking boyfriend used to beat her up, then she nearly fucking burned down my apartment along with hers. I couldn't afford renters' insurance because those goddamned Republicans in Sacramento keep cutting Medi-Cal and Disability benefits, so I had to rely on outside help to clean up smoke damage.

Because of her mental handicap and the times I had to call the police on her boyfriend for domestic abuse, the apartment complex kicked her out. Where the fuck is she going to go?

23. I had to sit through two hours of sexual harassment training yesterday

and watch a cheesy video from the early nineties because those goddamned Republicans don't care enough about employees to require employers to buy current cheesy videos when they make them sit through two hours of sexual harassment training. Heartless bastards are probably too busy sexually harassing each other to give a shit if I have to endure the weird woman in the purple suit who keeps saying my quiz answers that I thought were sexual harassment are really gray areas. 25. I can't get help to clean my apartment.

Because of the goddamned Republicans in Sacramento always fucking up the budget, I can't get help to clean my goddamned apartment.

Last month I had to hire someone to come in for four hours to keep my apartment from becoming a health hazard and this month I got the bill: $60. I only get $805 on SSI Disability, so this sets me way back. My budget for this month is practically nothing. Why am I being punished for getting sick????
