I'm in north-central Kansas

it is currently 62 degrees, sunny, slight breeze.

I just hope we don't get an early spring like last year.... it ended up being 100 degrees in May instead of nice and mild.

11. Minneapolis is like spring.
I work in St. Paul, and the St. Paul winter carnival is a disaster. The skating rink is closed, the ice sculptures are completely melted, it is amazing. I love the temp like this, it is definetely t-shirt weather.
