2. Is there places that allow that?
I've heard they do it on the reservations but I'm not 100%.

4. I've heard of revenooers in Mississippi
Can't say I ever heard of anyone getting busted in Louisiana but that Cajun peach-flavored moonshine probably does not attract many customers outside a very tightknit crowd so if I were the ATF I wouldn't bother with it either.

The conservation movement is a breeding ground of communists
and other subversives. We intend to clean them out,
even if it means rounding up every birdwatcher in the country.

6. Wow
I'm surprised the ATF would care about a few high schoolers partying.

I thought they were supposed to bust moonshiners and black marketers or whatever they're called... maybe I just misunderstood their mission.

9. Well in there area of texas I grew up in
you do not get a lot of Moonshining. They usually went around and made sure that bars, liquor stores, and convience stores were not selling to minors. and then the occassional gun raid and all. They were probably bored.

11. Yes
A few years ago they busted a moonshine ring in the Blue Ridge Mountains. These guys were selling tens of thousands of gallons of the stuff every year.

Busting for drugs is more the DEA's responsibility. The reason ATF handles alcohol is because of the tax evasion issue -- ATF is part of the Treasury Dept., while DEA is in Justice.
