Sell your computer or discard it in an undisclosed location. Eliminate any fingerprints or other identifying marks from the computer case and monitor.

See if you can find somewhere to stay in another town where few people know you. Don't try to contact your friends or your family. Don't speak to strangers. If someone approaches you, act as if you are very ill with a highly contagious disease and avoid engaging them.

If you are male change the pattern of your facial hair. If you are female consider shaving your head.
