da furor would be able to define what law to uphold in order to 'defend the fadderland'....bush needs it or he could be charged with murder treason and grand theft etc...yep, you're right to be afraid of this, but like a dark spooky room in a empty hillside mansion on moonless night can be scary, but only until YOU TURN THE LIGHTS ON!
