It is such a beautiful day....

I am going to take a leisurely walk to the coffee shop, get a latte, people watch and then go see a movie. It is such a beautiful, beautiful day in Chicago. With all the crap going on in the world, I am so glad that I can still enjoy the little things in life.

I can't believe I am so happy...it must be the weather:7

2. Great day here in the Philly burbs too.

I got out for a long (hilly) mile walk in a hill-country woodland park nearby.

Man, I've got a lot of rebuilding to do before I'm fit enough for a decent five-miler -- but it felt great all the same.

we all know that in three days, it'll be 40 below, and packs of arctic wolves will roam the streets. but, yeah i guess i can enjoy the weather right now:)
