29. So?
Do you actually think a lot about the players themselves?

You cant think about the details themselves. Who knows, maybe the company that made the technology to make your computer wrote a programs for American smart bombs to kill little Iraqi children.

2. Me either. I mean, it's not like this is the OSCARS or anything.
I was thinkin' today, after seeing two women talk about how they already had their nails painted green and black for the SuperBowl, that if they were talking about the Oscars I wouldn't have thought they were losers. ;)

I only want to know who won, maybe I'll catch the halftime show, some of the commercials... watching football in real life is okay, on telly it's boring.

It is one of the times that I'm glad I'm single.

3. Waste of time.
And if the Corporate Media won't allow Constitutionally permissable jabs at the administration in a COMMERCIAL, then fuck it. I'm turning off the TV.

14. Bread and Circuses
Professional sports are just another distraction for the masses - a way to placate our discontent and draw attention away from failed adventures and policies.

16. I could care less
I don't care about the game, the commercials, or the half-time show.

To me it is all a big load of crap that is best ignored. It highlights the worst of American sports and commercialism. I'd sooner spend time scraping smelly stuff out of the treads of my shoes.

33. I used to watch it
Not any more. Just lost interest. Why does it have to be in February? That is a very busy time for me personally. There is usually Mardi Gras, always Valentine's Day, plus some personal birthdays and anniversaries fall in this time. It was OK when it was in January but I don't have time for another drinking occasion in February.

38. I think that this year
they're working so hard to keep it squeaky-clean that some fan/s will disrupt it with some kinda dirty nasty sex thang. I hope.

But no, I never watch. I used to tape to watch the 'mercials, but advertisers spend so much money on them that you can go to their websites and watch, if you're of a mind to.
