18. Second that
Here in Britain with digital television you now get 8 B.B.C. Channels, including News24 and B.B.C. Parliament (which is rather like C-SPAN); plus numerous national and local radio stations.

The main channels are as full of 'reality' T.V. as anywhere else, but they're still the original and the best

25. Its odd but Cartoon Network seems to be the single best network out there
I mean they really seem to understand their audience. They don't seem to be trying to package their product for a specific marketting block. They program as if they were fans for fans. No other network comes close.

Turner Classic Movies.

It's the equivalent of a tattered binky and a platter of cookies when I am stressed.

Perish the thought! :scared:

23. I like those, as well
I think of The Food Network as my guilty pleasure. If the news is just too dire for me to deal with, anymore, I turn on Rachael Ray or Tyler Florence! Actually, I've learned quite a bit.

And the scandal, involving CBS, does crush my soul, since I know, from experience, that they have the best news department in the business.:-(
