I'm sick...
I thought I had gotten rid of this...now it's back with a vengence. I have a ton of sinus pressure. It sucks. I think it might be the flu. ICKY. :cry:

Now for the fun, just hold your nose real tight make sure you can not get air through it at all... and then blow real hard til your ears pop. that helps me all the time. trust me.
