I think the inactivity and the complaining go hand-in-hand for a lot of people, too.

An observation I made when I was going to Kerry meetups and other similar activities is that very few people there have heard of DU. I've seen one DU'er a lot at things, but he is very level-headed, practical, and active and not the typical DU complainer.
