7. Aside from appearing at shrub's SOTU, is there other evidence of this?
I mean, I'd think most athletes if requested would make such an appearance although if they were strongly political and opposed to shrub I'd think they wouldn't.

8. rasheed wallace met with bush too
PISTONS CORNER: Rasheed disdains political basketball

January 31, 2005

BY PERRY A. FARRELL
FREE PRESS SPORTS WRITER

What will Rasheed Wallace and President George W. Bush talk about when the Pistons visit the White House at 3 p.m. today? Foreign policy? Defense strategy? Try nothing.

When asked what he would say to the president, Wallace said: "I don't have shit to say to him. I didn't vote for him. It's just something we have to do."

besides, who the FUCK cares...it's sports not politics and we should keep the two separate...politics are bad enough on their own, i don't want them to drag football down too

brett favre could've been on the campaign trail EVERYDAY for boosh and it wouldn't do a damn thing because this is FOOTBALL a beautiful glorious game so please stop trying to drag politics into it, thank you.
