Freddie Mitchell really messed up too, though, by stalling with a celebration. I would definitely cut him.

And I couldn't believe the short passes at the end.

Clock management wasn't the only factor. The Eagles had to avoid turnovers, and did not. The Patriots are the best team, but they didn't bring their A game. Problem was, the Eagles didn't bring their A game.

I'm not as depressed as with the other Philly losses. I think the Eagles have a brighter future than the other teams that lost - and the Patriots are losing both coordinators. As long as we have a decent off-season, I think next year is our year to win it all.
