Happy Paczki day!

For those not already in a diabetic coma it's a Polish tradition around this time o year and brought over to the Detroit area. Basically imagine a 1000 calorie jelly donut. The tradition is to take all the good goopy stuff that would go to waste during lent and bake it up in one glorious heart stopping artery clogging vein collapsing coma inducing donut. Only don't call them donuts. They are Paczki. Pronounced Punchki. Feeling dizzy.... can't type errrg.... one more paczki for me please.
