HOW THE HELL DID MY TAXES GO UP??? Thanks to *'s economy, I haven't had a raise in over two years (yes, I know I'm lucky to have a source of income.) Nothing has changed from last year to this one, yet Tax Cut says I owe like $1000 more than what I paid last year. WTF!!!!

The little peoples' taxes went up, not down, especially if you consider the increased taxes and fees imposed by state and local governments to make up for the loss of federal funds. We are all so screwed, and in so many different ways...

4. Mine went up too.

A lot. $700 higher than the last one. They are now over $7100. At this rate, by the time my home is paid for, I'll still be paying close to the same amount monthly just for taxes and insurance. My homeowners insurance has gone way up also in the past few years. We have been in this house for 9 years and I remember the insurance being about $500. Now it's over $1100.
