Need Research Help - George H.W. Bush speech transcript

Does anyone know where I can find a transcript of George HW Bush's speech when he declaired "this naked aggression will not stand." ?

I tried google, wikipeida, and C-SPAN has a video of it, but that's a good bit to try and transcribe. :(

I was thinking what a dumbass thing to say "This will not stand" when a skyscraper has been damaged. A couple hours later proved that to be the only truth the little shit has uttered since I knew who he was.
