Meatloaf...............

No not the band, the food, nothing like a cold meatloaf sandwich.

So I said to myself, self get busy and make some meatloaf. I download some ground beef & pork from my freezer and begin. Sitting at home w/o much to do I thought this would be a great idea. My brother & sister-in-law stop by to bring me some milk and he grabs a few things for me from the cabinets I can't reach (broken leg). Now I'm happy as a clam, mixing that delicious concoction together. Damn I even made good use of some stale rolls. The phone rings and my brother says, "its for you". No sh-t its my house. Well my buddy a former co-worker asks me do I know where he can find a meatloaf sandwich.....I pause and say your sh-ting me, right. No really his boss the county sheriff is coming over my way and wanted one for a quick dinner. I end up telling him not to freak me out since thats exactly what I was making. He is coming tomorrow to pick some up.... so its meatloaf that wonderful comfort food.

PS. I use a little grated carrots in mine.
