1. Sure
Beruze and his mon are running for the police after seeking medical help. Of course, the police are only part of their worries since dear old Dad is committed to killing them both.

6 nuclear reactors are still under the control of the bad guys and burning their way towards meltdown.

Jack used a standard ploy to expose the spy in CTU. Unfortunately, the real spy was expecting that and set up another girl, They arrested and tortured her, deepening the moral ambiguity of it all. In the meantime, Jack and his girlfriend are keeping a low profile and uploading images of the bad guy to DC from Tony's apartment. Tony is bitter and cyncial and looking for the bottom of the bottle ... Michele left him after he got out of prison ... but he can't let Jack go after the bad guy alone. The Secret Service arrives to take Jack's girlfriend (can't remember her name right now) back to CTU, and Jack and Tony go after the man she identified.

In the meantime, Edgar cleverly discovers who the real spy is. They apprehend her as she tries to escape ... and discover the hard way her car is wired to explode. One CTU agent down. Guess they have to apologize to the other lady after she recovers from her electro-shock interrogation session. Driscoll is rather horrified that they zapped the wrong person.

Jack and Tony stop the bad guy, who is a consultant for a DoD firm, from escaping in a helicopter ... but a sniper blows him out of his socks before Jack and Tony can get him to a safe place.

2. great summary, thanks!
Did you mean that the spy in CTU -- the black girl -- was blown up in her car? Or another agent?

And where's Beruz's dad now? Still looking for them?

3. by the way...
...it's kind of odd that we haven't seen Beruz's girlfriend's mother reporting her disappearance to the police.

8. True but it's only been a few hours
Most police wouldn't allow you to file a missing person's report so quickly, would they?

5. Here you go
Edgar figured out that Mary Ann (the black girl) was the mole, and that she had framed the white girl who had already been tortured. MA was headed to her car to escape, but was taken away by Kurtis. He was walking away with her back to CTU, and gave the keys to a different agent to open and search her car. When the agent opened the door, the car exploded, killing him and another nearby agent. Kurtis and MA were far enough that they survived, but she hit her head on a car and was knocked out (?, not sure here). Navi (Behrooz's dad) met up with his terrorist boss, Mahrwon (sp?), who reiterated that he would take over the reactor job and that Navi's only job was to kill Dina and Behrooz.

6. I have a theory regarding the use of torture this season
Many critics here on DU noticed that CTU has become "torture-happy" this season, but look at the results: nothing. They got nothing out of Sarah, and nothing out of the DOD's son. If anything, it seems as if the writers are indicting the use of forceful interrogation tactics. With that said, it's evident Erin Driscoll's competence as CTU chief will come into question by the end of the season.

10. Sarah better get a fucking HUGE ASS raise this year.
If Driscoll tries to fall back on a card and a gift basket of bath products by way of apology, then she is totally oblivious to the proper way to apologize for mistakenly torturing one of your employees.

9. Why does the dad even have to worry about "cleaning up his
mess" anymore? If they're about to cause a nuclear meltdown on such a scale, what does it matter if his wife and kid are loose? Or even if they go to the police?

12. maybe......
...the wife knows too much about the highest-level people involved in the plot and could give up too much information? Or maybe the plot doesn't stop with the nuclear reactors?
