Anyone seen "The Incredibles?"
I was thinking about taking my boys (ages 9 & 4) to see it this afternoon.

Is it worth it?

2. I liked it quite a bit.
It was funny, amusing, and not overly sappy or campy (in other words, people over 13 will be able to sit through it). On the other hand, it didn't have as much veiled inuendo as some of the more recent CGI movies that I've seen, which is in its favor when actually taking kids to see it. Incidentally, if you wind up liking The Incredibles, might I recommend Nuklear Age by Brian Clevenger (for you, not for your kids)?

They'll love it and you'll get just as big a kick out of it.
Very funny.

4. My family really enjoyed it
It is very funny, for kids and adults, and has a great message about family.

6. It's not bad
The kids will probably like it but personally I found it to be kind of weak. There was a lot of potential in the idea but in the end it was wasted... still it's an enjoyable viewing.

7. I took my 8 yr old niece and 9 yr old nephew &
they LOVED it.

Both said it was the best movie they'd seen in a while (and they get taken to almost all the 'kid' movies).

It was a cute movie even from an adult's perspective.

8. Absolutely
I thought it was great, not just as an animated movie but as a movie period. I highly recommend it.

9. I liked it and my kids liked it, so I felt like we got our moneys worth.
It's better than a lot of kids movies, that's for sure. I'd put it in the same league as Monsters Inc, or Finding Nemo in that everyone likes it.

I took my 5, 8 and 10 year old. A good time for all.

11. I loved it!
But I wouldn't take a 4 year-old to see it. There were some pretty scary scenes.

14. I thought it was great
There's something in it for everyone. Kids will like it but adults will as well. I've noticed that about a lot of Pixar movies. They're simply fun for all ages.
