3. Yeah, I've started looking for a new one.

I'm tired of being screwed over financially while glowingly praised and given increasingly more work. No raise for me this year, even though I directly brought in $150,000 worth of annual revenue (note: it is NOT my job to do this at all.)

My company makes millions off the designs of me and my colleagues, but do we see any of that? Nooooooo. I get paid $20-25,000 less than I should be getting paid according to salary surveys of my job title and location, and my benefits suck too.

The only difference is that my job was only supposed to be research and administration. Then I came up with this internet database that we sold to clients for around $150,000. I don't see a fucking penny for it.

So good luck to my boss when he finds out he's going to have to shell out about 3 times what I'm making for a webmaster to replace me.
