3. Depends on the brand.
Silk tends to be the best of the more available commercial brands, but the best I've had is something I can't recall the name of now (think it's Asian, I have to go to the international market to get it).

goat.

6. I love it.
My local supermarket has their own brand that is 1/2 of the cost of the national brands and tastes fine. Plus, unlike real milk, it doesn't cause me to produce noxious emissions.

8. Like Lewis Black said, it's soy JUICE
I got nothin' against soy - I enjoy tofu. I'd just rather not drink it. That's why God invented tamarind tea and cola drinks.

17. To quote Lewis Black..
"How can you have soy milk when there is no soy tittie?"

Shouldn't that be soy juice?

21. I was hoping it would be good. I want an alternative to dairy.
I tried soy milk quite a few times and finally gave up.

22. Have you tried Almond Milk?
I like Blue Diamond, it's sweet and creamy, much more milk-like than most soy milk. I cook with soy milk but the only kind I'll drink by itself is chocolate Silk.

24. Soy milk rocks! End bovine oppression!
Except for the making of the cream and creme fraiche and cheeses and other delicious dairy products I need in my life.

But for drinking, I love soy milk, and let me get on my totally hypocritical animal-welfare high-horse and say "END BOVINE OPPRESSION! DRINK SOY MILK!" (but don't end it really, cuz I like cream and half-and-half and sour cream and butter and stuff).

28. I've read that men shouldn't drink too much of soy milk
because it increases estrogen. But women are encouraged to drink it, especially if they're going through menopause.
