4. I wonder whether Limbaugh pulled one of his favorite tricks on that kid.

"Jeff" was a prankster . . . . He would ask someone for a 10 or 20 dollar bill to show them a trick. . . . He would then take the bill and stuff it down the back of his pants and wipe his ass with it. He then would attempt to give the bill back to it's owner and say, "You want this back?" He often picked up extra change doing that.
