Yumpin' Yimminy...Microsft released TEN "critical security updates" today
I know, I know, I know. Go ahead, Mac users. Rub it in.

TEN updates for Windows XP, Windows Messenger, IE...all BRAND NEW, all flagged "critical security updates"...

So much for the hype surrounding Windows XP SP2 and the "blanket fix" of security flaws.

:grr:

1. This will never stop
Eventually, XP will be replaced by a 64bit "Longhorn" system. That will be a "clean slate" of an OS with lots of new holes to plug.

5. I think some releases will be sequential...
...the ten I installed today were unusual in that they all installed at once, one at a time...but that may be due to the fact that I have SP2.
