Some are destroying their families, all while destroying themselves. They are America's newest junkies, putting their bodies through agony—women hooked on plastic surgery.



Jenny is only 28 years old and has already had 26 plastic surgeries. Jenny says she first became a slave to the scalpel after one critical comment from her then husband. "My ex-husband told me that my nose was too big, that my boobs were too small, so eventually I got a boob job to stop the comments," Jenny says. "I just moved from a bad relationship with him to a bad relationship between me and my reflection. After the divorce, plastic surgery became an obsession for me."

Jenny was just 25 years old when she had a brow lift. She's also had Botox, cheek implants, three nose jobs, veneers on her teeth, three lip implants, two boob jobs, three breast lifts, and liposuction on her arms, stomach, hips, thighs, and knees. Jenny says that the total cost of her plastic surgeries is about $80,000.

I live in Manhattan, which is filled with women like this - especially on the Upper East. When you see them up close it's really frightening, and they all look so lost and pathetic.

Some of them actually look deformed, they've had so much work done. I wonder if they get to the point where they have just lost touch with the reality of their physical beings.

Clearly she's got emotional problems... and her plastic surgeon should have sent her to a psychiatrist. Her nose is so fragile that one more surgery and it won't be able to hold itself up.

It's so small and tiny that she has trouble breathing... and... she MUST carry around q-tips at all times. She can't pick it or blow it... only q-tips! What was she thinking??

It was a very sad episode.

I feel so sad for her... when the camera would catch her in profile, she looked abnormal and out of proportion.

but even before she got married she was a single mother for a long time without much and she said how she would work 3 or more jobs just to pay for this . so it just shows how addictive she had become to it.
