Ban on visible knickers in Virginia(?)
I might have imagined this while lying half asleep listening to Radio Scotland so apologies if I'm havering.

From what I heard it seems the state legislature has enacted a law to fine people $50 on the spot for wearing their knickers so the waistband is visible above trousers, a skirt or whatever. I must get a link to this story so I can petition Parliament to follow suit (sic) and this menace will be no more...

Wonder if there will be special Knicker Police armed with tape measures?

7. Here's the story. It's not your imagination
I didn't know it had passed. I heard about it the other day on Keith Olbermann's show. He said that this was finally something everyone could agree on!:-)

Watching the whole thing falling apart from the inside. It's ugly but it is so much fun to watch.
