Thoughts? Just as I thought we were going to get some answers on Ethan what with him being captured, they go and kill him. Ugh. I love this show but the one step forward two steps back routine could get old and venture into X Files territory soon. The Charlie back story was somewhat interesting. But overall they need to start at least tying up some of these loose ends before it gets too convuluted.

They can't keep this up forever.
Claire Escapes From Ethan! Claire Has Amnesia! Ethan Wants Claire Back! They Try And Stop Ethan! Ethan Kills An Extra! They Trap Ethan! Charlie Kills Ethan! Claire's Amnesia Starts To Go Away!
Um...so...basically they eliminated one of the plot points. I don't know if the show is enough into a groove to be eliminating plot points. According to the dialogue they've been on the island now for a month. In that time, they've...um....
And what the hell happened with that 'metal hatch' from a few episodes ago? Do they care that the french woman is on the island walking around with a gun? They cared about Ethan but he's dead now. No more questions about the polar bears? Character development is great, and it's one of the things I like about the series with all the character flashbacks. The only thing though is that the other half of the time they freaking need to DO SOMETHING!
What about the black guy building a boat? How's that coming? Will we ever see that again?
Sigh
