De Niro spoof terrorism press interview

I am watching a clip of De Niro acting as if he were a Homeland Security spokeperson. He is citing spoof terrorist names such as "Hous bin Farteen" and "I Zheet M'Drurz". I'm pissing myself laughing.

It doesn't seem to be dubbed and came off alt.binaries.pictures.motorcycles.sportbike of all places. I found another copy here>>>
