Ouchy Ouchy
My point and click hand and wrist hurt. Aside from switching hands or (gasp) walking away from the machine.... what can I do...
some kind of brace? anti inflammatory pills?

2. Try a trackball mouse
I have one where you work the trackball w/ your thumb, and you still use your pointer to click and your middle finger to right-click.

It also eliminates the need for a mousepad.

I love it.
