What's the best way to respond in writing to a new store manager

who made the comment that something was my fault , and in the next breath says he wasn't here though, so he doesn't know what happened two years ago.
+Is this the way this company treats it employees by having a manager who's going to blame something on me he doesn't know the facts about?
I think this company owes me an apology
+My mistake was caring about my job. Little did I know the way to get promoted around here is to tell everybdoy you hate your job, you don't care, and you can't wait until you get a real job.
I really think I should start thinking about a lawsuit on these sob's.

the department managers little boy decided he didn't like me and couldn't work with me two frigging years ago.
so instead of setting things right Ive been working 12 hour shifts in order to get any hours, and she fucing promoted the little asshole in the meantime.
then they have the audacity to tell me it was settled, well, I never agreed to anything.
Im 50 years old and shouldn't be treated like a piece of shit for two years.
I do not intend to bust my ass for her anymore, or clean up after her kids who won't do the job.
Then to blame me when the asshole doesn't know the facts is just insulting to me.take care tony and dietrich

Hurt them the only way you can. By depriving them of production. That's the only thing they care about.

Do you have to respond in writing?

I wouldn't put ANYTHING in writing until I had at least 72 hours to cool down.

If you are being fired unjustly, it might be better to talk to an attorney before you sign or write one single solitary word.

they want to write me up. The managers favorite trick is to try and hurry you into signing something so you don't make a comment.
guess what, there's going to be some pointed comments this time
Besides I contacted
blind services and they are not happy. Hope they enjoy their talk with them.

7. Do NOT sign ANYTHING!

Just because they shove a paper in your face and expect you to sign it doesn't mean you have to. Tell them you want a copy of it and when they give you the copy say thank you, but I'm not signing that. That way, if you have to file for unemployment you will have it. I had a boss once that asked me to sign something and I said no. I didn't get a copy of it, and when I quit later and filed for unemployment he told them he didn't know what I was talking about.
