5. I went fishing at Guitar Center.
Of course I had to throw back 2 Rickenbackers and a Gibson.

11. Yah...catch and release
It's good for the environment. Plus, the Rickenbackers have a lot of bones.

8. We told you and told you and told you
to get a trout, but no-o-o-o-ooo. You just had to have a bass instead. Never mind that trouts are so much mor ereliable than bass. Even pike, or even perch or salmon would have been fine for most little names not needed. But that wasn't good enough for you, was it?

Don't expect and sympathy now that your precious *bass* is in the shop.

13. Damn, I hope it's not third bass
otherwise, you'll have a pretty lonely evening. :)

Real question: what type of bass? I used to play a Gibson EB-3, because that's what Jack Bruce had. In the liner notes of his solo albums there are color pictures of that bass - mine looked exactly like it.

Now, if i can only find it again, along with the Ampeg B-15N flip-top tube amp...

17. Squier P-bass
as it was all I could afford at the time. It's fine for now. But I'll probably move up to an Epiphone Thunderbird IV in a couple of years.

15. What kind of bass is it?
I'm getting ready to go out and listen to my hubby's band rock out at a club here in Athens. The bass player (our friend Michael) is really great. I have zero musical talent. I just enjoy the music. Hopefully, your bass will return completely fixed. What kind of music do you enjoy playing?

30. My first bass was a Squier P
I've had a couple of others since, with their plusses and minuses. I liked my Ibaneez Sr for a while. I recently found a used Ernie Ball Music Man SUB5 nearly new and cheap. That's when I learned that pickups do make a difference.

Have fun with it; I always do. :hi:

28. I can.
I just got done figuring out how to record drums and bass via MIDI using a keyboard instead of the pads on the front panel. The only problem is, it won't let me change the patch. Not sure why.

One thing at a time. I did put up some nice shelves today so that my monitors are now at ear level. It's starting to look really nice in here now.

Next....a name. Something bovine like "Studio Misohorny"

It's got such an "elastic" sound, like the world's largest rubberband.
