OK, I'm a teenager, still living with my parents. I just came home from an all-night Speech & Debate Tournament, and although both of them are here, my dad has said he wants to move out and has been sleeping on his office floor for the last two nights. I really don't want them to get separated, but I don't think there's anything I can do since they're both using me as a messenger to the other one. My dad's only here tonight because he wanted to see me.
Like I said, prayers or some good vibes would be much appreciated.

Using you as a messenger is really wrong and unfair. Their problems are between them. You should not be drawn into the interplay.

Get to a minister, priest, rabbi, counselor, help line, friend, relative, friend's parent, guidance counselor, doctor, social worker, help line...someone.

I hate to tell you, and you already know anyway, but they might be happier, and healthier, apart.

Its hard, I know.

My parents stayed together years longer than they should have. Their relationship became a sad shell of what it must have once been. It happens.

I pray and hope and send good vibes that they, and you, are happy and content in your relationships.

As one who has been walked out on, and had to watch how if affected children, I understand how painful this is. Hopefully, things will work out.
Go away for now, if you can, and let them have to talk to each other. It's not fair to stick you in the middle.
