I'm mostly a low-key type of person anyway. My rules for participating in GD are:

1) I have to have something new to contribute to the discussion. I'm not gonna repeat something 15 other people have stated just as eloquently as I could.

2) No insults. Don't always live up to that, but that's my goal. O8)

3) Don't respond to flamebait. That right there leaves me pretty much out of 80% of GD threads. ;-) :P

So true! We already have a local DUer who only posts in GD. She has NEVER shown up at the few local DU gatherings we have! I don't think she exists outside the event horizon of GD. :eyes:
