OK, so tomorrow is Valentine's Day. When my wife asked me to go to a huge Bead show at the Dulles Expo Center today, I agreed just to be in the spirit of, you know, love. I just received my DU Flag Tee-Shirt yesterday and decided to wear it.

We went in separate cars. Just as I was pulling in to park, I get a cell call from the wife saying: "Don't get out of the car, don't go in. It's a gun show." I thought about it for a moment and realized how funny this would have been (for a while)...me expecting to see a bunch of Bead collector ladies and walking into this:

1. That would have been scary!

Several times for extra money, I've worked as a parking attendant for a local place that hosts those violence expos. The people that go to those things are scary! Seeing retarded men that haven't shaved or shower carry gun, and lots of them, is a scary thing. What is it about those type of shows that attracts the less intelligent and less hygienic? Oh, it's the violence.

2. That's right. Now, I wonder, what if my wife knew all along...

and she just called at the last minute because of a change of heart...or, maybe as a cover saying she tried to stop me. Fool proof...See, just being near the place made me paranoid.
