I just saw a local player, Keith Bullock of the Tennessee Titans, talking about salary issues and he said he don't know if he would take a pay cut to sign other players because the game is about livihood and supporting your family. Now this isn't the first athlete I have say they want more money to support their family. WTF? Are they serious? Something has to end this madness!

2. It's just a way of making their greed sound more palatable |

As if anyone couldn't support their family on a seven figure salary.

3. I hate to tell everybody this but they sort of deserve it |

People sell out stadiums to watch 106 men beat the shit out of people for at least 16 weekends a year. That's a lot of money and they're the product that people pay to see.

4. Because those bull-necked ass-patters have been pampered... |

and catered to since early adolescence, they actually believe that inane shit (and expect you to also) You would get the exact same response if a racehorse could talk. And remember, many of them have many...uh..."families" to support.
