Does anybody know if Abercombie & co. is Christian?

Just had an argument with my born-again right-wing sister. She said that Abercombie is not a Christian because he posed young kids in soft-porn poses. I said that he must at least be a Republican because of the comment he made, something to the effect, "Had I known that blacks were going to wear my clothes, I would never have manufactured them." Which launched a whole new market called FUBU.

My details my be shaky. Please, anybody with more info, please add.

And regardless of whether or not they said the quote you've mentioned, Abercrombie has also gotten major criticism for their racism. A couple of years back they briefly had some T-shirts that were offensive to Asians, and they seem to exclusively use WASP models for their catalogues.

I wouldn't be surprised if they were Republicans. There are RW'ers who are libertines and make no moral pretentions, and they subscribe to the RW view out of pure selfishness. A classic example would be Gene Simmons.
