It is almost spring!

I just saw the first storm spotter classes have been scheduled. I always await this time of the year and this announcement is always just the thing to get me through the next month or so. Yippee! What gets you through the last of the cold weather?

1. When the crocuses pop up

sometimes there's still snow on the ground when they appear.

2. I should look and see

if mine are coming up. This year I am afraid they may have drowned.

3. Frogs were croaking here last night,

first time in ages I've heard them. And I just came in from basking in the sun for an hour. We haven't seen the sun in Houston for so long! Yep, spring has sprung!

4. I love Houston.

I have not been there for 2 years but I always had such a good time there. You will be way ahead of us but spring is not far away!
