any New York City people up? WLIB Air America HELP!!!
What the hell happens to this station at midnight? they interupt the mike malloy show with some guy who speaks in spanish accent and i have no idea what he is talking about because i usually get pissed and turn him off.

i have al frankin on real player and this spanish guy on my radio!! his show is on from 12 to 4!! i tried to find an email address to the radio station but no luck.

anyone???? help!!

i sometimes cant sleep and want to listen to mike at midnight. waaaaaaaaaa waaaaaaaaa. and now i just got up and realized i missed all of yesterdays shows and could listen now. ugh. but nooooooooooo. because its cuban public radio!

that doesnt help when i am in bed and just want mikes deep voice in my ear!! lol

and this guy is still going on my radio!! its unreal. who the heck is he? its like he takes over at 12 pm. and air america becomes tele mundo. i dont understand. perhaps the tech falls asleep and doesnt know?

4. no, that is a FCC share thing... lots of stations do that but this is just
one of the most annoying ones because the size of the market...
I imagine the people who are waiting to hear the Spanish show feel the same way about Air America, no?

5. Air America rents out air time...
AAR doesn't actually own the stations, buit rent them out indefinitely. At WLIB, the station is bought out from 6am to 12am... from 12 to 6, however, there is the Jamazican/Caribbean programming. If you want to hear the last hour of Malloy, just stream it from the AAR site, or White Rose. =)

Get an FM transmitter for your computer!

Then you can stream whatever you like on the computer, and listen to it on the radio in bed.

I have a transmitter I built from a kit that we use for just this, but now you can buy them ready-made.
