I am in shock today and could use some DU support.

My husband's cousin died yesterday, he was only 39. He was also the brother of one of my dearest friends. I feel so stunned & helpless to help these 2 men I love dearly.
We are not sure what the cause of death was. He was found yesterday morning in his home by a coworker who went to check on him when he did not show up for work Monday morning and did not answer his phone.
My husband's family has gone through too much in the last few years.

Last year a friend of the family died and it shocked all of us. He was 34, thin, active, in great health so it seemed. He died of heart failure. A small valve behind his heart would swell and contract again. He died because the valve contracted totally. There's a medical name for this type of heart problem.

You are doing so much for your family. You are staying focus and strong for others. You are a great human being.
