Dear Journal-
Today is alright. I set about filling the holes I punched in the concrete. Now I know how many holes it takes to fill the Albert Hall.

You've made it through the roughest part. Hang in there. It will be three years in May for me. Jason smokes and I have no desire to start again. You'll make it. I really never thought I could.
