Does anyone else's dog have a sense of humor?
Edited on Tue Feb-15-05 01:56 PM by Rainbowreflect
I told my husband a really bad pun the other day, in front of the dogs and my Golden groaned, rolled over and covered his eyes with his paws.
We laughed so hard I about fell out of my chair.

1. I don't think dosing someone else's dog is a very good idea. ;)

4. Only when he "cuts one"
He always blames me.

I see that smirk on his face.

6. Our JRT plays 'little paralyzed dog' when she doesn't want to do something
She'll go into a stretch, then flatten out her hindquarters and drag the back half of her body along (to kennel, the tub, whatever.)

Always cracks me up. Very bad for the discipline. :)

8. Dixie, my now gone Boxer did
I had a Beagle who loved to sleep beneath the covers. Dixie would find the little mound of Beagle on the bed and pounce on it with her front feet, stiff-legged. The Beagle would yell - "Bwoowwww" - under the covers and Dix would pounce again. This would go on until the Beagle got so upset, she'd come out and then the two of them would wrestle until one of them fell off the bed.

You could tell that Dix got a big kick out of the whole thing. She'd get this scheming look on her face and would sneak up on the Beagle lump so as not to wake her pre-pounce. It was a riot. I miss them both so much.
