So as some know, I got transfered from my internship at Congressman Lacy Clay to Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur's office. So I got out of work early yesterday from Kaptur's office, and I head over to the corner of the Cannon building to wait for my friend who is my friend, and I am sitting on the side of the building, and I see a man walking by, I was like holy shit I think thats Lacy Clay, I had met him once, but not really on a personal basis, get this, he recongized me, even though I had recently shaved and had two new scratch marks, he was like you doin all right? yeah I said, doing good. :shrug: and here I thought I was just another face in the crowd.

3. Bobby Scott's a good guy

A couple years of ago, I read the ACLU ratings, and Bobby was the only democrat to get an 100 from the ACLU, many others came close but Bobby got a 100 because of his vote against Campaign Fiance Reform, whether you agree with it or not, you gotta admire him. I am in the district of the only republican I believe to get a 0 that year, since Frank Wolf who is my congressman voted for CFR. Virginia sure is a weird state, yeah I like that too, I cant believe he recongized me to be honest since its not like we were face to face or anything like that, he was some distance from me.

:D - even though they have God-rights at the Longworth Building Elevators!

I met a few Congressmen when I worked there. Have fun! I still miss reading Roll Call every morning.
