Can I still be a progressive?
Even though I am apathetic with regards to Oasis and strongly dislike cats?

Just curious.

1. Yeah, Ive never listened to any Oasis
and don't like Cats primarily because of my allergies. I also enjoy fast food.

2. Oasis is the greatest rock band from England since the Beatles!
Every time I hear about Oasis, I think of that old SNL skit where Mike Myers is playing John Major in "Prime Minister's Questions" and Will Ferrell keeps standing up and saying, "I move that we declare Oasis to be the greatest rock band from Britain since the Beatles" to loud jeers and calls for censure.

3. I would say yes on the Oasis question.
Edited on Wed Feb-16-05 11:32 AM by LoZoccolo
I don't know Oasis to be particularly political, and as a matter of fact you tend to see a strong Beatlist bias on this message board, despite Oasis being more popular than the Beatles among the general population.

4. Are there any other small animals that you DO like?
Ferrets would do.
Perhaps chinchillas?

9. irish setters are one of my favorite breeds, but i prefer cats
i don't like the fact that dogs love you unconditionally, i find that to be quite sickening as well :D i don't like animals that will put up with abuse and still love you for it. not that i'd abuse animals, but i like to think that maybe, just maybe, the animal enjoys my company for how i treat it, rather than the fact that it views me as some sort of alpha male. maybe that's just me

15. Dogs are great
They never make my house smell like cat and, to the best of my knowledge, have never played an Oasis CD.

10. I hope so...
I'm not a huge Oasis fan (I don't hate them, but I don't love them either) and I'm not much of a cat person. I'll take a dog ver a cat any day.
