The Top Ten Reasons David Letterman Should Be The Next Democratic Senator
From "Republicans are Idiots.com"

#10) Can decide on 'yea' or 'nay' votes on 1,000-page bills by playing 'Will It Float?"

#9) Gave George W. Bush a tougher grilling in 2000 than Lieberman did.

#8) Would give Virginia state troopers a chance to catch up on speeding ticket quotas.

#7) Can get foreign policy advice from Mujibur & Sirajul.

#6) After being rejected for dream job in favor of less-qualified opponent, still created successful career.

#5) Fighting pinheaded Republicans is nothing compared to fighting pinheaded network executives.

#4) Five words: Chief of Staff Paul Shaffer!

#3) Never claimed to be in a three-way tie for third in anything.

#2) "Dave-mentum" just doesn't have the same ring to it.

And the number one reason why David Letterman should be the next Democratic Senator from Connecticut...

#1) It would be nice to have a Democrat in that seat for a change!
