THe sport got shittier and shittier when he took over to the point where now...there is NO sport. Season's over.

2. What's wrong with those reporters?...Nobody is asking him "WHY DID

they wait till the last minute to get serious?" My son is sitting here yelling "ASK HIM WHY HE AND GOODENOW DIDN'T GET DOWN TO THE NITTY GRITTY MUCH EARLIER?"....They left the serious stuff until there wasn't enough time to get it done!.....DISGUSTING!!!
P.S....Don't you think it's not that Bettman (or Goodenow) is American, but that neither one of them have ever played hockey...I doubt if they can even skate!

3. I'll say it...I blame the Americans.

If they hadn't hijacked the sport in the first place then it wouldn't have this trite bickering about salaries. The players would have realized that something had to be done. Most likely the league and players would have resolved this, but instead there are 3-4 middle men for every player (Agent, lawyer, publicist, union rep) trying to protect their asses and make as much profit off of talent that they will never have.

It's blatantly obvious that the league couldn't give a rats ass about the fans. And they wonder why they can't fill the seats.
