Poll question: Which is the bigger pain: wisdom teeth or listening to John Ashcroft?
Subject lines back to back; I couldn't resist.

1. MHO is wisdom teeth; by the time I knew I had them, they had
grown in for years unnoticed, until they got so impacted in my mouth I could no longer eat.

I woke up during the surgery, too.

Had I had the same experience with mine as others, I would have chosen John Ashcroft. But my mileage WAY varied.

2. I'm suprised you had to ask
Hands down, John Ashcroft is a bigger pain. And I've had impacted wisdom teeth. They also suck, but not as bad as Asscroft.

3. Asscroft.
I've had my wisdom teeth out. It's not as painful.

5. When the wisdom teeth are fixed...
the pain goes away.

Not so with Ashcroft.

7. I can't believe that wisdom teeth
got a vote in this poll. John Asscroft is so obnoxious that he lost an election to a dead man in a state normally considered moderate to conservative. That's bad. Of course, the boy wonder thought he was perfect for his administration after that. I'd rather have all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled at one one time, again.

11. See my first post. I had a miserable time with mine.
I understand others had an easier time of it, but I went through HELL.

12. I have to admit though
When mine started coming in all at once, it hurt like hell. Having all four pulled at once sidelined me for a couple of days too. I remember the dentist said the anesthesia they used made some people laugh and some people cry. Guess which one I was? I cried and wobbled all the way out to the car afterwards. I cried uncontrollably. I mean I wasn't sad. There was no emotional pain. That wasn't it. It was like it took over and make me cry. Weird. I've never forgotten that. Asscroft is much more painful to me. Then again, it has been 18 years since I had my wisdom teeth removed and my dentist is great at ending pain as soon as you get in the office. Now getting an appointment in the office takes months, unfortunately.

9. Ashcroft.

Got put under completely for my wisdom teeth. No such luck when it comes to Ashcroft's "singing".

10. Wisdom teeth
Asscroft is finally gone, but I still have one wisdom tooth left.
