Forget scratchy-voiced nincompoop Rachael Ray and her 30-minute meals. I can make a meal in 30 seconds.

First, spread some saltine crackers on a plate.

Then, spread your favorite peanut butter on them.

And then, drizzle honey all over them.

Serve with a glass of cold skim milk, and enjoy!

7. Dinner tonight...

A whole lot of Jax cheese curls and juice w/seltzer, followed by ice cream at Friendly's :) The driving took more than 30 seconds, but had 0 prep time, so it evens out!

11. OR...spread crackers on plate...take a couple cheese food slices....

...fold into quarters....and put on top of crackers...then a dollop of pico de gallo on top of that...then microwave for approximately 30 seconds or untill cheese food is soft not melted!! *cooking times may vary according to your brand of microwave oven* :9 :9
