Men of the Lounge! A question about suits.

Do they make them with pants that don't have pleats?


My husband looks terrible in pleats, but all the &$#@ suits I ever see have pleated pants.

Is my husband the only man on the planet who looks downright dorky in pleats?

1. Sure, ask the sales person at your local men's shop

for a suit with flat-front trousers. They're usually clearly marked.

"I think they're all made with pleats"


You have a suit with no pleated pants? You have seen that such a thing exists with your own eyes?

5. I used to work for The Men's Wearhouse.

Flat-fronted trouser suits are only about 3% of the inventory, if that.

Keep trying.

Pleats are great for that.

Make me look fat... all the extra fabric. I have several pairs of dress pants w/o pleats.

7. I also hate pleats. Keep searching and consider coats and pants sold

separately. If your regular stores can't help you, then change stores.
