I'm taking my dog shopping this afternoon
We need to spend some quality time together so we'll go to the stores that let him come inside like Petsmart, Mounds, and that other place. We can walk around and smell everything and talk to other dog human shoppers and pick out some treats.

Anyone else like to shop with their dog?

There are some bookstores we can take them to, also. But their favorite is PetSmart.

On edit: if it's nice out, we like to take them to outdoor restaurants.

4. When its super cold out here and I just don't feel like walking outside
we take our walks at PetSmart. I usually buy something but they don't seem to mind if I don't!

6. I'm glad your dog can behave in public
my dogs go insane, like I beat them hostage style and when in public they make a break for freedom. Crazy dogs.

7. My dog acts better in public, but he is solicitous of attenion
He is an unusual and good looking dog, and a lot of people fuss over him. He's trying to show me that he has a list of backups- other people who would take him if I don't behave myself.

8. Shopping with dogs
Love it - the only problem is that with 5 of them we have to rotate who goes and who doesn't. Sometimes my stepdaughter will take one or two of her ferrets with us. And I've had a cashier at PetsMart beg me to bring in my rats so that she could see them.
