Something odd appeared in my router config. Is this malicious?

Never seen this before... just opened UPnP forwarding and saw these listings in there that weren't there last time, and no idea what they are. They were all disabled already, but it's even more suspicious in that there are no computers here with local IPs of 152 or 78.
(that first one, though doesn't seem to display correctly there, came out as "c !!" when I copied and pasted it)
