I want anyone who even enters my lab to pass an interview and test, especially before touching anything. You would be suprised how many times I've had to redo things, they've almost killed themselves, or they've almost killed me because of their stupidity.

I have the same kind of problem.Only it's a machine and if no one else works on it I'am going right from the start of my shift,but if someone else works on it it takes me at least an hour to fix everything they screw up! that's what really gets the blood pressure rising,.
