3. My mom made the best split-pea soup.
With bits o' ham. To die for. The secret ingredient was dry mustard.

4. Italian Wedding Soup..the cream style version which I ate
at least 2 times a week at the Alonti Grill in the building I used to work in.

The company cafeteria where I work now has a similar soup that I like very well also.

Of course I also like Chicken Tortilla Soup, homemade vegetable soup,
homemade potato soup ...and others.

Olive Garden has a great potato soup, but the best one I've found in Dallas is at the I75N Cheddars.

12. This local chain makes a cream of chicken that is superb!
They also used to do a nice, peppery potato-leek soup, but they haven't had that for a while.

17. Mine is
from a Chinese restaurant a few blocks from here: curried tofu. It's the best combination of milky, spicy, and oily I've ever encountered. Mmmmmmmmm. :9
